1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to bind your organisation if acting on its behalf, and accept these Terms in full.

2. Platform Description

AssoImpreseMENA provides a B2B marketplace enabling companies, agents, and professionals in the MENA region and Mediterranean to connect, explore trade opportunities, post jobs, and communicate.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through PayPal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Do not post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
• Do not use the Platform for spam, phishing, or unlawful activities.
• Do not attempt to scrape, hack, or disrupt the Platform.
• Do not impersonate other users or companies.

6. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, trademarks, and technology are the property of AssoImpreseMENA. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a licence to display it on the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

AssoImpreseMENA is not liable for the accuracy of user-generated content, the outcome of business transactions between members, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
